Ralph Vacchiano, of the New York Daily News, reports Giants WR Domenik Hixon appears to have lost his starting job to WR Mario Manningham. Hixon doesn't care that he is now a backup wide receiver. "No, not at all," said Hixon. "We want to win ball games. The thing is, this is a team concept that we have. Whether you start or not, you have a role and you're expected to fill that role and do it to your best."
The Huddle Take: With the emergence of Manningham and Hakeem Nicks, Hixon is losing what little was left of any fantasy potential he had. Unless your league awards points for team concepts.

The New York Daily News reports New York Giants WR Domenik Hixon (ankle, foot) was limited during practice Friday, Dec. 19. He is listed as questionable for the team's Week 16 game.
The Huddle Take: With Hixon and Sinorice Moss hobbled, Amani Toomer and Steve Smith should get even more balls thrown their way than normal.

The New York Daily News reports New York Giants WR Domenik Hixon (ankle, foot) fully participated in practice Friday, Dec. 12. He is listed as questionable for the team's Week 15 game but said he will play.
The Huddle Take: Hixon's performance dropped off a bit last week, as he had only three catches compared to five and six the previous two weeks. But if he goes, he'll likely have a lot of opportunities against a Cowboy defense that has toughened considerably the last few games.
