Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter may have his last opportunity to prove he belongs in the NFL, or at least with the Titans, in 2015. Head coach Ken Whisenhunt recently said, 'At some point, you either get it or you won't be in this league anymore,' in regards to Hunter's play the last couple of seasons.

Huddle Up: Thus far it's been more "not getting it" than "getting it" for Hunter. And with the Titans heavily invested in Marcus Mariota and Dorial Green-Beckham it won't be difficult to move on from Hunter if that trend continues.

Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter is expected to compete with WR Dorial Green-Beckham for one of the starting receiver jobs during training camp. Hunter said he has been working on adding some weight this offseason. Hunter finished this past season at 196 pounds but is currently 206 pounds and wants to be at 210 pounds by the start of training camp.

Huddle Up: The anticipated breakout never came for Hunter last season as he logged 28 catches for 498 yards and three TDs in 12 games before rupturing his spleen, and he'll definitely have to step up his game with the team adding not only Green-Beckham in the second round but signing free agents Harry Douglas and Hakeem Nicks and drafting Tre McBride in the seventh round.

Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter was placed on Reserve/Injured Tuesday, Dec. 2. Hunter ruptured his spleen in Week 13.

Huddle Up: Tough break for the second-year WR, but in the meantime, it'll mean more targets for Kendall Wright and Nate Washington the rest of the season.

Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter (spleen) is expected to be fine after suffering a ruptured spleen in Week 13, according to a source.

Huddle Up: It's good news for Hunter that he wasn't seriously injured but he's no longer on the fantasy radar. Hunter doesn't need be owned in any format.

Updating a previous report, Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter (spleen) suffered a lacerated spleen in the Week 13 game against the Houston Texans. He will not travel with the team, remaining in a Houston hospital overnight.

Huddle Up: Nate Washington and Kendall Wright will play more snaps now with Hunter out. Wright is the better fantasy start but neither receiver is a great option with Jake Locker likely the quarterback for Tennessee next week.

Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter has locked down a starting spot on the outside with the team. He has big upside due to his size and speed, but he's not a consistent performer on tape, according to personnel executives.

Huddle Up: Hunter had 3 catches for 99 yards and his first TD catch of the season on Sunday, but he still was only targeted 5 times. Hunter remains an intriguing fantasy option because of his athleticism and upside but he's not a high-volume wideout and is likely going to need a TD catch in just about every start to be useful in the majority of fantasy leagues.

Tennessee Titans WR Justin Hunter is drawing big comparisons to retired WR Randy Moss from WR Michael Preston. 'Not only is the sky the limit, I think he's going to be alright (personally),' Preston said. 'I know how great a player Randy Moss was, and in my mind, there's no reason Justin can't be the next greatest player. I just want to be there to support him. I know he's going to grow, make a great leap this year, and impress the city and fans with his talent.'

Huddle Up: Hunter did most of his rookie-season damage in 2 games (10-223-2 TDs), but he definitely passed the big-play eye test -- backed up by his 19.7 yards-per-catch average and 4 TDs among 18 receptions -- so if you need to take a flier on a WR4 with upside, you certainly could do a lot worse than Hunter.
