Paul Schwartz, of the New York Post, reports Giants CB Aaron Ross is in danger of missing the team's regular-season opener Sept. 13. CB Terrell Thomas could start in place of Ross if he is unable to play.
The Huddle Take: Ross has a hamstring injury and is one of several members of the Giants' defense nursing injuries, testing the theory that the Big Blue defense is among the deepest in the NFL.
