The Associated Press reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb was 24-for-34 for 327 yards with two touchdown passes Week 3 against the Kansas City Chiefs. Kolb also had a one-yard touchdown run in the game.
The Huddle Take: Kolb has been incredible filling in for the injured Donovan McNabb and has kept the Eagles competitive in their games since the injury. When McNabb returns to the field, Kolb will likely return to his backup role but one thing is certain and that is if McNabb struggles the Eagles will likely not hestitate looking to coming off the bench in relief.

ESPN reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb appears to be the starter for Week 3.
The Huddle Take: No surprise here. Kolb is worth a look as your starting QB this week against Kansas City.

The Associated Press reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb was 31-for-51 for 391 yards with two touchdowns and three interceptions Week 2 against the New Orleans Saints.
The Huddle Take: Despite the three interceptions Kolb certainly provided the Eagles with a decent start as he rolled up some huge numbers in the game. Regardless of the numbers Kolb is not worthy of starting for fantasy teams unless your regular quarterback is injured and you have no other options available. McNabb will be re-evaluated this week and his playing status could change if he continues to improve.

The Philadelphia Daily News reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb will work with the first-team offense during practice this week and will start if QB Donovan McNabb (rib) is not able to play in Week 2.
The Huddle Take: That may be the report, but again, don't be surprised if Jeff Garcia starts or sees lots of playing time, as long as he can get up to speed quickly enough.

The Delaware County Daily Times reports Philadelphia Eagles QB Kevin Kolb was carted off the field during practice Monday, Aug. 10, with what is believed to be a torn anterior cruciate ligament.
The Huddle Take: So much for the security blanket behind Donovan McNabb, though Kolb's brief tenure last season was hardly impressive. Paging Michael Vick?
