CBSSports.com reports Green Bay Packers RB Brandon Jackson (ankle) left the team's preseason game Friday, Aug. 28, with an ankle injury and is doubtful to return.
The Huddle Take: This is certainly not good news for the depth at running back for Green Bay if this injury develops into anything serious. At this point there is no indication that this is anything to be of major concern over however fantasy owners should keep a watch on this if you have Ryan Grant and are handcuffing Jackson to him this season.

The Green Bay Press Gazette reports Green Bay Packers RB Brandon Jackson (shoulder) returned to practice Tuesday evening, Tuesday, Aug. 11. He missed seven full practices due to a shoulder injury. He looked sharp and quick on his feet upon his return, and has moved ahead of RB DeShawn Wynn for the team's No. 2 running back duties.
The Huddle Take: With Ryan Grants injury history, knowing who the number two guy in GB is will be worth noting. With Wynn struggling, Jackson returns to the 'promise' he showed the team when they drafted him. Question is, will he get the chance to show it. The team doesn't run as much as many teams, so his chances will be limited.

The Green Bay Press-Gazette reports Green Bay Packers RB Brandon Jackson (ankle) suffered a sprained ankle in the team's Week 12 game, His status for Week 13 is uncertain.
The Huddle Take: Ryan Grant seemed to escape the game fairly unscathed, so he'll probably get even more carries if Jackson can't go.
