Updating a previous report, Pittsburgh Steelers TE Matt Spaeth (foot) is expected to miss eight to 10 weeks because of a Lisfranc sprain.
Huddle Up: With Heath Miller still coming back from a knee injury, Spaeth was expected to be the Steelers' starting tight end. Spaeth isn't much of a receiver but he's a valuable run blocker, so his loss could impact Le'Veon Bell. David Paulson is now listed as the Pittsburgh's top tight end until Miller returns. He has no fantasy value.

Pittsburgh Steelers TE Matt Spaeth (undisclosed) was carted off the field during practice Wednesday, Aug. 7, after suffering an undisclosed injury.
Huddle Up: D'oh! Just when he is named the starting tight end. Spaeth could be a serviceable early-season tight end if he's not seriously injured given Heath Miller is still making his way back from a torn ACL.

The Pittsburgh Steelers agreed to terms with free-agent TE Matt Spaeth Friday, March 15, according to a league source. Terms of the deal were undisclosed.
Huddle Up: Spaeth gives the Steelers a familiar face as well as insurance should Heath Miller take longer than hoped to recover from the ACL injury that prematurely ended his 2012 season.
