Washington Redskins FS Tanard Jackson has been suspended indefinitely for violating the NFL's drug policy but is trying to appeal the suspension. He will have his case reviewed in a year.

Huddle Up: This is Jackson's second lengthy suspension in the past three years, and it could last the whole season. The safety missed all but two games of the 2010 season due to another drug ban while with the Buccaneers. He started 10 games last season in Tampa but was released in the offseason before signing with the Redskins.
