Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) is feeling 'fine' and there is 'no long-term concern,' according to his agent Frank Bauer, after he sustained two concussions during the 2017 season, including one in Week 15 against the Carolina Panthers. Bauer added that Adams has been cleared by 'multiple neurologists' and that he 'could have played in at least one of the final two regular-season games.'

Huddle Up: Despite missing the last two games of the year, Adams tied for second in the NFL with 10 touchdowns receptions, and he also led the team in receptions (74) and yards (885). He's had two nice seasons in a row, and with Aaron Rodgers expected to be 100 percent healthy at the start of next season, there's a solid chance the four-year veteran continues his impressive play.

  • Posted: 12/29/2017 4:52pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams signed a four-year contract extension with the Packers Friday, Dec. 29, worth $58.75 million, according to a source. The deal includes $32 million in guaranteed money and an $18 million signing bonus.

Huddle Up: Adams has been ruled out for Week 17, so he finishes this season with 74 receptions, 885 yards and 10 touchdowns. He has recorded 24 touchdowns over the last two seasons and has a good chance to improve on his stats next season as long as Aaron Rodgers can stay healthy. He should be considered a No. 2 fantasy receiver in drafts next season.

  • Posted: 12/21/2017 8:38am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) has been ruled out for Week 16, according to head coach Mike McCarthy.

Huddle Up: This could give Randall Cobb a boost, but he's downgrading at quarterback to Brett Hundley. The Minnesota Vikings are a tough draw, and Cobb is a WR3 with some risk.

  • Posted: 12/19/2017 2:10pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) was not able to practice Tuesday, Dec. 19. The Packers did not practice; Adams' status is simply an estimation.

Huddle Up: It doesn't help that Adams has one less day to recover since the Packers play on Saturday. He'll need to clear the protocol in order to play, but even if he does he'll have a tough test against the Minnesota Vikings. Have a plan B ready in case Adams is forced to sit.

  • Posted: 12/17/2017 12:17pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) suffered a concussion in Week 15 and will not return to the game.

Huddle Up: Adams will need to pass the concussion tests before he is allowed to play again, so owners will need to monitor the situation during practice next week. He is a solid fantasy option when he is healthy.

  • Posted: 12/10/2017 4:24pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams finished with 10 receptions for 84 yards and two touchdowns on 14 targets in Week 14 against the Cleveland Browns.

Huddle Up: Adams scored the walk-off touchdown in overtime to sink the winless Browns. He has jelled nicely to new quarterback Brett Hundley, taking over as the No. 1 receiver, with Jordy Nelson struggling to adjust. Aaron Rodgers is nearing a return, so it will be interesting to see if the situation changes down the stretch. Fantasy owners of Adams hope the beat goes on as he is playing well.

  • Posted: 12/3/2017 4:12pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams posted four catches for 42 yards on six targets in Week 13 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

Huddle Up: Brett Hundley struggled in the pass game, and Adams was the best of the lot. In fact, he was the only receiver to go for more than 17 yards. Aaron Rodgers (collarbone) cannot return soon enough for Adams and his fantasy owners. Soon.

  • Posted: 11/26/2017 9:04pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams caught five passes on nine targets for 82 yards and a touchdown in a 31-28 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12.

Huddle Up: If it wasn't already clear, Brett Hundley's go-to target is Adams. Until Aaron Rodgers returns, Adams is a WR2 and the only Green Bay receiver that can be trusted from one week to the next.

  • Posted: 11/19/2017 1:54pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams caught eight passes for 128 yards against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 11.

Huddle Up: Adams appears to have a good chemistry with Brett Hundley and has at least 90 yards in each of the last two games. He will be facing a solid Pittsburgh Steelers defense in Week 12 but can be a No. 3 receiver for owners.

  • Posted: 11/12/2017 7:00pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams finished with five receptions for 90 yards and a touchdown in Week 10 against the Chicago Bears. He was targeted a team high eight times.

Huddle Up: Adams has been a PPR beast, posting five or more receptions in four of the past five outings. He has also scored a total of five touchdowns over his past six games. The Packers will host the Ravens in Week 12.

  • Posted: 11/6/2017 10:26pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams logged team highs of seven receptions and 10 targets during the Week 9 loss Monday, Nov. 6, versus the Detroit Lions, resulting in 53 receiving yards.

Huddle Up: If nothing else, this was a huge improvement from last week, when Adams had just two catches for 12 yards. It's also encouraging that the 2014 second-round draft pick has accumulated 10 or more targets in two of Brett Hundley's three games. As a result, he's still someone worth trotting out there as a WR3, though his weekly ceiling obviously isn't as high as it once was.

  • Posted: 10/22/2017 3:12pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams caught two passes for 12 yards against the New Orleans Saints in Week 7.

Huddle Up: Adams' fantasy value has dropped because of the change in quarterback but should improve his chemistry with Brett Hundley over the next few weeks. He can be considered a No. 3 receiver at this point.

  • Posted: 10/15/2017 3:59pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams posted five receptions for 54 yards and a touchdown on 10 targets in Week 6 against the Minnesota Vikings.

Huddle Up: Adams seemed to jell nicely with Brett Hundley once he replaced the injured Aaron Rodgers, but the long-term fantasy outlook for Adams with his backup quarterback means he'll have slightly less value.

  • Posted: 10/14/2017 6:59am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams was fined $6,076 by the National Football League for throwing a football into the crowd during Week 5's game versus the Dallas Cowboys.

Huddle Up: Adams had seven receptions for 66 yards and a pair of touchdowns last week and has reached the end zone four times in the last four contests. He should be viewed as a low-end WR2 or high-end WR3 for Week 6's game against the Minnesota Vikings.

  • Posted: 10/8/2017 8:47pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams finished with seven catches on 11 targets for 66 yards and two touchdowns in a 35-31 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5.

Huddle Up: Adams is still looking for a 100-yard game this year, but he has four touchdowns in the last four games. His touchdown potential makes him a WR3 against the Minnesota Vikings in Week 6.

  • Posted: 10/7/2017 11:29am ET

Updating a previous report, Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) is expected to play in Week 5 because he has cleared the concussion protocol, according to a source.

Huddle Up: Owners should check the inactive list to make sure, but it looks like Adams will be ready to play against the Dallas Cowboys. He can be considered a No. 2 or No. 3 receiver in fantasy leagues.

  • Posted: 10/7/2017 11:09am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) traveled with the team for their Week 5 game against the Dallas Cowboys. He is listed as questionable for the game.

Huddle Up: Adams will need to pass his tests before he can be cleared to play and probably will be a game-time decision. He has been targeted at least six times in three of the four games this season and would have a solid role if he is active this week. He will be a risky option because of the injury but could be a No. 2 or No. 3 fantasy receiver.

  • Posted: 10/7/2017 11:00am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) flew with the team Saturday, Oct. 7, as it prepares to face the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5, according to NFL.com's Ian Rapoport.

Huddle Up: Head coach Mike McCarthy said Friday that Adams would have to progress through the concussion protocol before the team left for Dallas, so this would seem to confirm that. It remains to be seen whether or not he will play his usual allotment of snaps, however. It's hard to keep Adams out of fantasy lineups given the matchup this week, but he is a risky play considering he was limited in practice all week and could easily share snaps with Geronimo Allison.

  • Posted: 10/6/2017 2:13pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) was limited in practice again on Friday, Oct. 6, and is listed as questionable for Week 5 against the Dallas Cowboys.

Huddle Up: The decision on Adams is likely to come down to Sunday morning in pre-game workouts. It's best to have alternatives at the ready just in case he is ruled inactive. Randall Cobb and Geronimo Allison will fill the void if Adams is on the shelf.

  • Posted: 10/6/2017 9:29am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) is still in the league's concussion protocol and will need to be cleared from it before the team get on the plane if he wants to play against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5, according to head coach Mike McCarthy.

Huddle Up: The Packers have long been a conservative bunch when it comes to injuries, so it would be a surprise if Adams played 10 days after taking a vicious hit to the head and neck area in Week 4. With the cowboy struggling against perimeter receivers in particular, Geronimo Allison would be a savvy plug-and-play option for owners if Adams is ruled out in the next day or two.

  • Posted: 10/5/2017 3:38pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 5.

Huddle Up: It appears Adams may have a chance to play in Week 5 but will have to pass all of his tests before he is cleared to play. He is a solid starting option for owners if he is active, but they should have other options ready in case he sits out.

  • Posted: 10/4/2017 3:43pm ET

Updating a previous report, Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) was limited during practice Wednesday, Oct. 4.

Huddle Up: Adams has not been cleared to play at this point, so his status will not be known until later in the week. He is a weekly starting option in fantasy leagues when he is healthy, but owners will need other options available in case Adams is sidelined.

  • Posted: 10/4/2017 9:49am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) will do some light side work in practice Wednesday, Oct. 4, but remains in the concussion protocol, according to head coach Mike McCarthy.

Huddle Up: While Adams theoretically has a better chance of progressing through the protocol because Green Bay played last Thursday, it still seems like a longshot at best he should be allowed to play 10 days after taking an illegal hit to the head and neck area from the Chicago Bears' Danny Trevathan. Owners will likely get a better idea if he can play by Friday, but they should plan on being without him despite some of the optimism coming out of Packers' camp earlier this week.

  • Posted: 10/3/2017 10:50am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) has a chance to be cleared in time to play in Week 5 against Dallas Cowboys, according to a source.

Huddle Up: Considering how quickly he lost consciousness following Danny Trevathan's and the fact he was admitted to the hospital shortly thereafter, it seems unrealistic Adams could return to the field 1 1/2 weeks later. Until head coach Mike McCarthy speaks on the issue, it's probably best for fantasy owners to assume Adams will sit this week, making Geronimo Allison a speculative but worthwhile addition off the waiver wire.

  • Posted: 9/29/2017 8:08am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (concussion) suffered a concussion Thursday, Sept. 29, and was hospitalized, according to NFL chief medical officer Dr. Allen Sills. An MRI was negative.

Huddle Up: Adams has a couple of extra days, but he's likely to miss at least next week. Randall Cobb will receive a bump to the edge of the WR2/WR3 area against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 5.

  • Posted: 9/28/2017 8:55pm ET

Updating a previous report, Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (head, neck) was taken to a hospital for further testing, but he is conscious and has movement in all extremities.

Huddle Up: This is the best-case scenario given how brutal the hit was. It remains to be seen if Adams will miss any time, but Geronimo Allison could be worth a flier if Adams is out.

  • Posted: 9/28/2017 8:31pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams (undisclosed) was taken off the field on a stretcher against the Chicago Bears in Week 4 after a helmet-to-helmet hit.

Huddle Up: It was a brutal hit that left Adams immediately motionless. He was able to give a thumbs up as he was taken off the field, but it is too soon to speculate on the nature and severity of his injuries.

  • Posted: 9/24/2017 7:28pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams posted three receptions for 60 yards on six targets in Week 3 against the Cincinnati Bengals.

Huddle Up: Adams shook free for a 41-yard big gainer on one play, but he was mostly invisible. It was disappointing considering the team was without Randall Cobb, so a slight bump in targets was expected. He remains a WR3 or flex fantasy option heading into Week 4 against the Chicago Bears on Thursday.

  • Posted: 9/17/2017 9:57pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams hauled in eight receptions for 99 yards and a touchdown in Week 2 at Atlanta and he was targeted 10 times.

Huddle Up: Adams stepped up and filled the void left by Jordy Nelson, who checked out early in the first half due to a quadriceps injury. If Nelson is forced to miss time then Adams will be the top banana in Green Bay's pass attack and that's always good for fantasy value. The Packers host the Bengals in Week 3.

  • Posted: 9/10/2017 9:05pm ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams caught four of his seven targets for 47 yards in a 17-9 win over the Seattle Seahawks in Week 1.

Huddle Up: Adams was the No. 3 option behind Jordy Nelson and Randall Cobb in this one, and with Cobb looking like his old self, Adams could have trouble approaching his 2016 numbers. He is a WR3 candidate against Atlanta in Week 2.

  • Posted: 7/19/2017 7:49am ET

Green Bay Packers WR Davante Adams is entering the final year of his rookie contract in 2017. His 12 touchdowns tied for fourth in the NFL last season.

Huddle Up: Adams is plenty motivated to prove he's a No. 1 receiver, and with Jordy Nelson aging and Randall Cobb's injury propensity and a down year in 2016, it's a pivotal year for Adams and the team. What's clear is Aaron Rodgers leans on Nelson first, and Adams is in the mix with everyone else. He's a high-end WR3 target, but it may be tough to select him as such.
