The Denver Post, reports the Denver Broncos have signed unrestricted free-agent RB Darius Walker (Texans). Terms of the contract were not disclosed.
The Huddle Take: Walker will join rookie Knowshon Moreno in the Broncos backfield for 2009. With Denver losing quarterback Jay Cutler in the offseason, it would be hard to imagine the Broncos not having a heavy emphasis on the running game this year. Fantasy owners should keep that in mind and look at the Denver starter as a solid No. 2 running back with upside.
