The Associated Press reports Miami Dolphins QB Chad Henne made his first NFL start Week 4 and defeated the Buffalo Bills 38-10. Henne was 14-for-22 for 115 yards with a touchdown pass, but he was sacked six times.

The Huddle Take: No quarterback for Miami in the current makeup of this team is going to be a serious every week fantasy option, but it is nice to see Henne perform relatively well in his first starting action. In a pinch, he could be considered a last gasp bye week start option...but only in a real pinch.

ESPN reports Miami Dolphins QB Chad Henne will take over as the team's starting quarterback. Rookie QB Pat White will serve as the team's No. 2 quarterback, and they plan to look at other options to fill their No. 3 quarterback role.

The Huddle Take: Henne won't be worth serious Fantasy consideration, barring some shockingly great play on his part.

The Miami Herald reports Dolphins QB Chad Henne is accompanying the team's decision makers when they hold private workouts with wide receiver prospects so he can throw passes to the players.

The Huddle Take: Bonus for the Dolphins, as they get to test-drive wideouts as well as check on their quarterback of the future. Plus, they save undue wear and tear on Chad Pennington's arm.

The Miami Herald, reports the Miami Dolphins want QB Chad Henne to be the starting quarterback in 2010. According to a source, the Dolphins plan to give Henne extensive playing time in the preseason while limiting QB Chad Pennington. However, Pennington will enter 2009 as the unquestioned starter.

The Huddle Take: Chad Henne was drafted by Bill Parcells to lead the Dolphins for the future and he seems poised to do just that. Henne will likely still take a back seat to Chad Pennington in 2009 but could be a solid quarterback option for the Dolphins as they rebuild into a contender for the future. Henne is worth watching and could surprise this season if there is an injury to Pennington.
