The Philadelphia Eagles have announced they have signed free-agent TE Martin Rucker to their practice squad.
The Huddle Take: Rucker was once viewed as the potential replacement for Kellen Winslow in Cleveland. As a member of the practice squad he doesn't appear to be in the Eagles' immediate plans, but if he can develop some blocking acumen he's definitely in the right system for a tight end.
