The St. Paul Pioneer Press reports former NFL WR Cris Carter said he has been impressed with Minnesota Vikings WR Jaymar Johnson and believes he could start for the Vikings. 'You could tell that he went to a school that didn't have a sophisticated passing attack. But he has phenomenal quickness and speed. Phenomenal. And his hands are better than you would think, from a guy that fast,' Carter said.
The Huddle Take: That's pretty high praise from one of the game's all-time greats. Johnson will be in absolutely no one's draft plans unless he generates an incredible amount of buzz in the next few weeks. Even though for now he's buried deep on the Minnesota WR drpth chart, he could be worth a flyer in one of the last three or four rounds of your draft.
