The Fort Worth Star-Telegram reports the Dallas Cowboys have released RB Chauncey Washington. The Cowboys may re-sign Washington to their practice squad.
The Huddle Take: Washington was activated when it became apparent during last week that Felix Jones would not be able to play against the Broncos. It's hard to tell just yet what Washington's release means. It could mean Jones will be back sooner than expected, or it could mean the Cowboys are confident Marion Barber can once again carry a full load. Or it could mean nothing at all. We'll keep you updated as the puzzle comes together during the week.
