Washington Redskins WR Anthony Armstrong (shoulder) is healthy enough to return to full contact in practice, according to head coach Mike Shanahan on Tuesday, Aug. 21.
Huddle Up: Armstrong has some serious catching up to do after missing the first 2 preseason games with a shoulder sprain suffered Aug. 2. The wideout, who only had 7 catches last season, is fighting for a roster spot after the Redskins spent the offseason signing receivers, including Pierre Garcon, Josh Morgan and Dezmon Briscoe.
