Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate had a game-high six catches for 86 yards and a touchdown in Week 13 Sunday, Dec. 5.

Huddle Up: Brate has averaged six targets per game over the last five games, and he has three touchdowns in that time. He has worked his way into the low-end TE1 mix, but he's not a sure thing.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate posted two catches for 18 yards on three targets in the Week 11 game against the Kansas City Chiefs. He was targeted three times.

Huddle Up: Brate saw his three-game touchdown streak come to an end, and his yardage total was his lowest since a 16-yard line in Week 2. Chalk it up as one poor outing, as he remains a decent streaming option in most deeper fantasy leagues.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate has caught a touchdown in three straight games, and he said the offense is using the tight end in more ways than it was at the start of the year.

Huddle Up: With his effectiveness in the red zone and a growing role in the offense, Brate is worth a look as a low-end TE1 in deeper leagues.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate posted three receptions for 22 yards and a touchdown in the Week 8 game against the Oakland Raiders. He was targeted five times.

Huddle Up: Brate has managed three or more grabs in six of his seven games this season while finding the end zone three times. However, his fantasy value is limited to the deepest of PPR formats at this point.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate posted five receptions for a team-high 67 yards on eight targets in the Week 4 game against the Denver Broncos.

Huddle Up: The former Harvard standout has 10 receptions for 113 yards and two scores over the past two games since the team jettisoned troubled Austin Seferian-Jenkins. Brate isn't a bad stopgap option if you need a bye-week replacement in future games since he has been targeted 18 times in the past two outings.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate posted five catches for 46 yards and a pair of touchdowns in Week 3 against the Los Angeles Rams. He was targeted 10 times.

Huddle Up: Brate moved to the top of the depth chart after the team jettisoned Austin Seferian-Jenkins for his off-field issues. Despite the big game he should be targeted more as a TE2 for depth rather than as a primary fantasy starter.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate dropped a pass that led to an interception and dropped another pass that would have been a touchdown against the Jacksonville Jaguars Saturday, Aug. 20.

Huddle Up: Brate is trying to secure the starting tight end job, but Austin Seferian-Jenkins could also land the gig. Seferian-Jenkins has the much higher ceiling and is worth a late-round pick if he enters Week 1 as the starter.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers TE Cameron Brate emerged as a favorite target of QB Jameis Winston last year, and head coach Dirk Koetter has been impressed with the tight end in the red zone this offseason. Brate caught 23 passes for 288 yards and three TDs in 14 games last year and scored three touchdowns when TE Austin Seferian- Jenkins was injured. Brate will battle with Seferian-Jenkins for a starting position in training camp.

Huddle Up: ASJ, meanwhile, put up 21-338-4 numbers in seven games, and he figures to have the edge for the starting job -- if he can stay healthy.
