Joe Reedy, of The Cincinnati Enquirer, reports Cincinnati Bengals TE Chase Coffman has progressed more than any other player on the team during training camp. He will see time in two-tight end sets this season.
The Huddle Take: Coffman is a talented pass-catcher but had a big transition to make from playing essentially as a slot receiver in a spread offense to being an in-line tight end in the NFL. Sounds like he's making that transition effectively, and while the Bengals rarely incorporate the tight end into their offense he's certainly worth keeping an eye on.

Scout.com, reports Cincinnati Bengals TE Chase Coffman signed a four-year deal worth $2.372 million, according to a source. The deal includes a signing bonus worth $622,000.
The Huddle Take: While Chad Ochocinco and Chris Henry get most of the attention from opposing defensive coordinators, the talented Coffman could slip in and quietly put up some pretty strong numbers in what should be a rejuvenated Bengal offense.

The Dayton Daily News reports Cincinnati Bengals third-round draft choice TE Chase Coffman (foot) was able to participate in the team's final minicamp and said his foot is nearly 100 percent healthy.
The Huddle Take: Coffman was very productive in a pass-happy Missouri offense. If he catches on with the Bengals, he could be worth stowing away in deeper leagues, as well as dynasty leagues that require owners to have a tight end.
