Vaughn McClure, of the Chicago Tribune, reports Bears WR Johnny Knox was making his way around the team's locker room under his own power following Week 4 after suffering a right shin injury during the game. Knox said the injury is not serious. "It's nothing," Knox said. "Just got tackled. Nothing serious."
The Huddle Take: Knox had a 101-yard kickoff return for a touchdown and also saw increased work as a receiver with Devin Hester out of the game. His injury doesn't appear to be a significant issue going forward, but if Hester's is then Knox's role in the passing game would likely increase.

Updating a previous item, CBSSports.com reports Chicago Bears WR Johnny Knox (shin) suffered a right shin injury Week 4. Head coach Lovie Smith said the injury would be evaluated and more information would be known later.
The Huddle Take: An injured shin...kind of a new one there. However, shins can cause quite a bit of grief. This will be interesting to watch. Knox is Cutler's favorite receiver, so it would be a big loss for the Bears, but more so for owners of Knox and Cutler. We'll be watching this one closely. The Bears have a bye this week, so he'll have two weeks to get well. At the moment we'd expect him to play in week six.

The Chicago Sun-Times reports Chicago Bears WR Johnny Knox (leg) was knocked out of the team's Week 4 game with a leg injury.
The Huddle Take: First Hester, now Knox. After a nice return for a TD to start the second half filling in for Hester, Knox has been knocked out. The extent of the injury is unknown, but this is big as Knox has easily become Cutler's favorite receiver.
