ESPN.com, reports Tennessee Titans RB Javon Ringer (back) was carted off the field Wednesday, Oct. 28, after injuring his lower back in practice. The severity of his injury is not known.
The Huddle Take: The Titans have been devastated with injuries recently in their running back corp with Lendale White already out of action. Ringer had been promoted to pickup the slack as the backup behind starter Chris Johnson. However, the injury to Ringer in practice on Wednesday puts his status up in the air until the extent of his injury is known. Fantasy owners should check back on his status tomorrow for updates.

Paul Kuharsky, of ESPN.com, reports Tennessee Titans RB Javon Ringer performed well in the team�s preseason game Friday, Aug. 21. Ringer had five carries for 33 yards, a 51-yard kickoff return and worked on kick and punt coverage teams.
The Huddle Take: Ringer is nothing more than a #3 in Tennessee but he's been impressive since the day he arrived and has the look of another "Tashard Choice" in the making. Ringer should be considered heavily as a handcuff for the Chris Johnson owner. He's turning into a decent steal late in drafts if the Johnson owner forgets about him.
