Tennessee Titans QB Jake Locker (shoulder), RB Javon Ringer (knee) and CB Tommie Campbell (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Oct. 19, and have been ruled out for Week 7.
Huddle Up: This is great news for Chris Johnson owners; he will not have anyone seriously contending to vulture touchdowns. Johnson already has a fantastic matchup—this development only serves to make it even juicier.

Tennessee Titans RB Javon Ringer said Wednesday, Sept. 19, after his first practice in 12 days that he is feeling better, but admitted he needs work from a conditioning standpoint. He is recovering from two surgeries for an elbow infection. "I didn't do a whole lot as far as getting in with the offense," Ringer said. "I feel like I am in OK shape, but definitely nowhere near where I was before this happened."
Huddle Up: Slow your roll if you're picturing Ringer taking a bite out of Chris Johnson's workload due to CJ's lack of productivity. If Johnson continues to struggle Ringer could eventually take over a larger role, but right now he needs to get back in shape and up to game speed before seeing enough touches to warrant fantasy attention.
