Comments: Seemingly always healthy and a lock for 110+ solos. Has 3 INTs in each of past 2 seasons too.

Comments: Suggs contends last season was an anomaly and he's due for a huge season. We shall see. I wouldn't bet against it.

Comments: "Now as an every-down LB he'll be up there with Willis and Beason in terms of solos. Needs to (and could) improve on the ""big plays"" though."

Comments: Rarely hurt and can be a tackling beast on the edge. Arrival of Darryl Tapp and Brandon Graham could mean more opportunities.

Comments: The Rams' D is beyond questionable with little pass pressure. Laurinaitis will easily duplicate his solid rookie season.

Comments: Ageless wonder amassed 13.5 sacks in 2009. Don't expect that kind of production in 2010 but he'll be real real good.

Comments: Like Willis he's good enough to excel in the 3-4 scheme. Will near 100 solos and peppers in the other playmaking stats.

Comments: He may be approaching 40 but the guy just gobbles tackles up left and right. And never ever gets hurt.

Comments: A steady talent who will likely reach double digit sacks yet again. May not tackle much but makes big plays.

Comments: He's lining up in the nickel packages meaning he's sure to be an every-down-linebacker and will put up big big stats.

Comments: "Can he become the ""Ray Lewis"" of Rex Ryan's young Jet defense? Don't expect 100 solos but good all-around stats."

Comments: Despite the dip in production over the past two seasons he's still a solid LB1 with the upside to reach top 3 or 4 fantasy LB.

Comments: This guy is a machine. He may not rack up 100+ solos but he'll knock on the door of the top-10 when it's all said and done.

Comments: The solos took a bit of a dip in the Saints' aggressive scheme but he'll add in a good mix of pass defenses and other big plays.

Comments: Dansby's a playmaker that will excel in the Dolphin defensive scheme. The solos may take a small hit but otherwise expect lots of gravy.

Comments: Took a small step back in 2009 but should put it all together in 2010 as the leader of the Pat D.

Comments: With Urlacher 100% healthy and prime for a bounce-back Briggs' numbers could suffer (albeit very slightly).

Comments: If the rehab keeps ahead of schedule he'll return in time to start the regular season and could be a candidate to outplay this ranking.

Comments: Suffered what could be a potentially huge injury. If he misses no time he's a top-15 LB. Keep on top of this one.

Comments: No more Ernie Sims talk and the coaching staff feels set at MLB with Levy who had 85 total tackles in 2009.

Comments: The move to Jacksonville could mean less time on the field. Still a very good LB2 with potential for LB1 numbers.

Comments: The move to Philly could present more opportunities if he can hold off rookie Brandon Graham.

Comments: Stepping into the very productive WLB spot for the Tampa D meant great things for Hayes in 2009. Look for the same in 2010.

Comments: Doesn't really matter if Henderson is back both LBs can produce. He can top 80 solos and add a good number of pass defenses.

Comments: "In the highly-productive WLB spot for the Colts will amass a good number of solos and a good mix of ""other"" stats."

Comments: Will get 80 solos and a crazy number of assists. Has the potential for a big game here and there. A solid LB3 with LB2 potential.

Comments: Solos jumped up to 94 last season. Expect them to dip back down into the upper 70's or low 80's. A solid LB2.

Comments: Suspended for the first four contests Cushing will jump back in and produce. Temper your expectations obviously.

Comments: Didn't put up the ridiculous 2009-like numbers but was still a force finishing in the top 10 in most scoring formats.

Comments: Bounced back in 2010 to post solid numbers. Won't ever wow you with big plays but a very solid fantasy LB.

Comments: Didn't have the chance to build on his solid sophomore campaign last season. He's back in the middle and ready to gobble up tackles.

Comments: LeRoy Hill's absence from camp means Hawthorne runs with the first team as their WLB. Good news.

Comments: Witherspoon comes over to take Keith Bulluck's spot as the Titan WLB. Expect solid stats with some upside.

Comments: Already hurt and getting up there in age. All he does is tackle so his upside is extremely limited.

Comments: The move to the blitz-happy Eagles may mean Sims has new life in fantasy circles. Definitely worth a shot.

Comments: Inked in at the WLB spot for the G-men. Could approach 100 total tackles and always gets his mitts on passed balls.

Comments: Seems to have limited upside but is good for 70+ solos and a good number of pass defenses.

Comments: Leroy Hill's injury doesn't appear to be seroius but Curry's stats could bump up a bit if Hill misses any time this season.

Comments: If his coverage skills improve his value skyrockets. Still he's good for 50-60 solos.

Comments: He's just too good to keep off the field. We like Jonathan Goff too but Bulluck should have some value this season.

Comments: With Donte Whitner and George Wilson vying for time at SS Scott (who can play LB) is a risky DB pick.

Comments: Pretty much a Dumervil clone with limited tackles but potential for big sack totals.

Comments: Even in spot duty he looked better than incumbent starter Antonio Smith. Look for the 2nd year player to get more playing time in 2010.
