Nate Burleson, WR, DET – Sprained Ankle
Burleson left Sunday’s game after spraining his ankle and he did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 3 are unknown.
Dennis Dixon, QB, PIT – Undisclosed Knee Injury
Dixon left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed left knee injury and he did not return. The nature of the injury is currently unknown, however there are reports that it isn’t serious.
Percy Harvin, WR, MIN – Bruised Hip
Harvin appeared to aggravate his injured hip in the first half of Sunday’s game and his playing time was limited in the second half as a result. He’s scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday.
Shaun Hill, QB, DET – Undisclosed Leg Injury
Hill was seen limping in the fourth quarter however he stayed on the field and finished the game. The nature of the injury is unknown, but it does not appear to be serious.
Mike Jenkins, DB, DAL – Undisclosed Knee Injury
Jenkins was carted off the field after hurting his knee on Sunday and he did not return. The nature of the injury is unknown, however there are reports that he could be out for a significant amount of time.
Andre Johnson, WR, HOU – Undisclosed Ankle Injury
Johnson briefly left Sunday’s game with an ankle injury, however he returned and he appeared to be OK. The injury does not appear to be serious.
Ryan Matthews, RB, SD – Undisclosed Ankle Injury
Matthews was carted off the field in the first quarter of Sunday’s game after twisting his ankle and he did not return. The nature and severity of the injury are currently unknown, however there is speculation that the injury could be serious.
Evan Moore, TE, CLE – Undisclosed Head Injury
Moore left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed head injury and he did not return. It appears that he suffered a concussion, but that has not been confirmed. We’ll know more about the injury tomorrow.
Jerious Norwood, RB, ATL - Undisclosed Knee Injury
Norwood left the game Sunday in the first quarter and was carted off the field. The nature and severity of the knee injury are currently unknown.
Darrelle Revis, DB, NYJ – Strained Hamstring
Revis reportedly aggravated a hamstring injury in the first half of Sunday’s game and he did not play in the second half. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 3 are unknown.
Michael Turner, RB, ATL – Strained Groin
Turner pulled his groin muscle in the second quarter of Sunday’s game and he did not play in the second half. According to reports the injury is considered mild and he was held out because the game was already a blowout.
Wes Welker, WR, NE – Head Injury
Welker left Sunday’s game after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit, but he returned after apparently passing a concussion test on the sidelines. He appears to be OK, but don’t be surprised if he is limited in practice this week.
Jason Witten, TE, DAL – Concussion
Witten left Sunday’s game after getting hit hard in the fourth quarter and he did not return. According to reports he has been diagnosed with a concussion and his status for Week 3 is in question.
