Kyle Orton, Broncos Moving Up
Orton is living the dream.  When he wakes up is anyone’s guess, but for now, with a non-existent running game, he’s likely to keep chucking 300 yard games until the cows come home.  He’s got a stable of young receivers who are having almost as much fun as he is, so if you picked him up as a backup to say, Jay Cutler, now might be the time to do the happy dance!

Ben Roethlisberger, SteelersMoving Up
Big Ben takes the obvious climb as he gets set to return from his suspension.  He’ll be on a bye this week, but now is the week to try grabbing him on the slim chance that he’s been left on your wire in small roster leagues.

Michael Vick/Kevin Kolb, EaglesMoving Down/Moving Up
Vick may not be down long, but he’s down for now, so he slips a few spots.  Meanwhile Kolb climbs a couple of spots as he fills in for as long as necessary, which for now is week by week.  This may end up as a roller coaster situation throughout the year, so Vick owners who don’t own Kolb should try to acquire him for weeks like this.

Max Hall, CardinalsMoving Up
While Hall won’t be anything amazing, he will have a hard time being worse than Derek Anderson.  He has weapons around him and a decent line, so he could be serviceable in the right situation.  He’s a low end option on bye weeks at best, but climbs into the top thirty with slight upside.
