Jermichael Finley, Packers –
The promising season that Finley was having took a major hit when he injured his knee last week, setting him down for 3-6 weeks. He drops some simply because of the time he’ll miss. When he returns he’ll return to prominence.
Marcedes Lewis, Jaguars –
Lewis continues to climb simply because he’s Garrard’s favorite target in the end zone. He’s on a pace to score 16 touchdowns this year and it wouldn’t be a shock if he ended up with 12. He doesn’t get a ton of yards, but a final line of 650 yards, 50 receptions and 12-14 touchdowns will make any fantasy owner happy.
Visanthe Shiancoe, Vikings –
The decline started before Moss came over, but that sealed the deal. Shiancoe went from being the only receiver Favre would throw to – for all practical purposes – to the third option at best. He’ll get a toss now and then, and could score a couple of touchdowns before the season is over, but don’t count on too many big days here on out.
Todd Heap –
Heap started the year looking like the Heap of old, but things have gone downhill as the Ravens regained their focus on running the ball. He’s at best bye week help moving forward and won’t do too much to help fantasy owners. |
