Jamaal Charles, Chiefs –
Todd Haley still insists on giving carries to Thomas Jones, and now he's working a defensive lineman into the goal line mix. But Charles is simply too talented to be denied.
Chris Johnson, Titans –
Johnson was useless with Rusty Smith at the helm, plus he got nicked up. The Titans need Kerry Collins to get healthy in a hurry, and for Jeff Fisher to make another push for CJ to reach some milestone... any milestone.
Cedric Benson, Bengals –
Cincy is imploding before our very eyes, and Benson is looking much more like the sled dog we all thought he was prior to last year.
Brian Westbrook, 49ers–
All it takes is one fractured Frank Gore hip, and suddenly Westbrook is relevant again.
Ricky Williams, Dolphins –
He's still getting a good share of the workload, and he's doing more with those touches than Ronnie Brown. And the schedule has a very fantasy-friendly finish.
Toby Gerhart, Vikings –
Adrian Peterson's ankle appears to be okay, but the rookie looked alright when given the chance and he may have bought himself a few more touches on a weekly basis.
Ryan Mathews, Chargers –
San Diego is hitting its stride, and it's with Philip Rivers throwing and Mike Tolbert running. Mathews better hurry back from that ankle sprain or he's going to get a pretty pink label. Oops, too late.
Marshawn Lynch, Seahawks –
The Seahawks are consistently falling behind, which is helping to take the ball out of Lynch's hands. His lack of production is contributing to that as well.
