This is a brief recap of the injuries occurring during Sunday's games. A complete in-depth injury report will be published on Tuesday.

Arrelious Benn, WR, TB – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Benn left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed knee injury and he did not return. He had to be helped off the field and he was eventually carted to the locker room and there is concern that the injury is serious. Don’t expect him to play in Week 17.

Earl Bennett, WR, CHI – Undisclosed Ankle Injury

Bennett appeared to aggravate his ankle injury and he limped to the locker room before halftime. He was able to play in the second half, however he was limited to just one catch. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Anthony Fasano, TE, MIA – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Fasano left Sunday’s game with an undisclosed knee injury and he did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Matt Hasselbeck, QB, SEA – Undisclosed Hip Injury

Hasselbeck left Sunday’s game after hurting his hip on his first quarter touchdown run and did not return. The severity of the injury is unknown, but team officials are calling it “unusual” and are worried that it could keep him out of next week’s game.

Peyton Hillis, RB, CLE – Bruised Ribs

Hillis suffered bruised ribs early in Sunday’s game and while he stayed in the game he later admitted that it affected his productivity. X-rays were negative, but his status for Week 17 is currently unknown. 

Calvin Johnson, WR, DET – Undisclosed Ankle Injury

Johnson injured his ankle in the third quarter and he was in and out of the lineup for the remainder of the half. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Derrick Mason, WR, BAL – Undisclosed Leg Injury

Mason limped off the field in the fourth quarter and did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Ryan Matthews, RB, SD – Undisclosed Leg Injury

Matthews left Sunday’s game in the second half with an undisclosed leg injury. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Knowshon Moreno, RB, DEN – Undisclosed Chest/Rib Injury

Moreno, who came into the game with a rib injury, was hurt when he took a shot to the chest in the first half on Sunday. It isn’t clear if he aggravated his previous injury or suffered a new one, but he did not play in the second half. His status for Week 17 is unknown.

David Nelson, WR, BUF – Undisclosed Rib Injury

Nelson left Sunday’s game after taking a big shot to the chest in the third quarter. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Brandon Stokley, WR, IND – Concussion

Stokley left Sunday’s game after suffering a concussion in the third quarter. The severity of the concussion and his status for Week 17 are unknown.

Mike Tolbert, RB, SD – Undisclosed Neck/Head Injury and Sprained Shoulder

Tolbert was secured to a spine board and carted off the field after suffering a neck and head injury in the first quarter on Sunday. He was moving his extremities as he left the field, but he did not return. According to reports X-rays on his neck were negative and he was allowed to travel home with his teammates. He also suffered a sprained shoulder and all injuries will keep him out of Week 17.
