This is a brief recap of the injuries occurring during the weekend's games. A complete in-depth injury report will be published on Tuesday.

Will Allen, DB, PIT – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Allen suffered what is being called a minor knee injury on Saturday. The nature of the injury is unknown, but team officials expect him to play in the AFC title game.

John Carlson, TE, SEA – Concussion

Carlson was carted off the field on Sunday after getting hit in the head. According to reports he has been diagnosed with a concussion, however the severity of the injury is unknown.

Justin Forsett, RB, SEA – Undisclosed Ankle

Forsett left Sunday’s game in the second half and he did not return. The severity of the injury is currently unknown.

Tony Gonzalez, TE, ATL – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Gonzalez left Saturday’s game after hurting his knee in the third quarter. The severity of the injury is unknown.

Chris Harris, DB, CHI – Hip Pointer

Harris left Sunday’s game in the third quarter with a hip pointer (hip bruise) and he did not return. Harris told reporters after the game that the injury will not keep him out of the NFC championship game.

James Harrison, LB, PIT – Sprained Wrist

Harrison reportedly suffered a minor wrist sprained during Saturday’s game. The injury will not keep him out of the AFC title game.

Marshawn Lynch, RB, SEA – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Lynch left Sunday’s game after hurting his shoulder. The severity of the injury is unknown.

Bryant McFadden, DB, PIT – Undisclosed Hip Injury

McFadden left Saturday’s game after hurting his hip and he did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for the AFC title game are unknown.

Ben Roethlisberger, QB, PIT – Undisclosed Knee Injury

Roethlisberger appeared to hurt his knee when he was hit by Terrell Suggs in the first half of Saturday’s game. He grabbed his knee and grimaced after the play, but he stayed in and finished the game. The nature of the injury is unknown, but it is going to take a lot to keep him out of the AFC title game.

Marcus Trufant, DB, SEA – Concussion

Trufant was immobilized and carted off the field on Sunday after suffering injuries to his head and neck. According to reports his neck appears to be OK, but he has been diagnosed with a concussion. The severity of the concussion is unknown.
