Ryan Mathews, Chargers –
Now this is the back we thought the Bolts were drafting last season. Tolbert still lurks, but the way Mathews is playing right now doesn't leave much reason for Tolbert to get an abundance of touches.

Chris Johnson, Titans –
Surely he can't be this bad... can he? Time to shake off the rust, time to acclimate to the new offense and new quarterback... hey, CJ, Kenny Britt is gone for the season and the Titans need a playmaker--now!

Daniel Thomas, Dolphins –
Thomas adds receiving to his list of credits and continues to squat on Reggie Bush's touches.

Frank Gore, 49ers –
He's still getting the carries, but he's looked sluggish--and now he's nursing a bum ankle. Kendall Hunter, meanwhile, looked quick in stealing a touchdown last week; how much longer before he steals more than that?

Chris Wells, Cardinals –
Tapped out in the final remaining favorable matchup on the fantasy schedule; meanwhile, Alfonso Smith looked adequate and Chester Taylor continues to learn the playbook. Hope you sold high.

Cedric Benson, Bengals –
Thrown under the bus by the NFLPA, Benson is slated to miss up to three games. Chances are that gets reduced, but at this point you can't bank on it.

Kendall Hunter, 49ers –
Gore is expected to play through his ankle injury, but he can't get much slower and still hang on to all the touches in San Francisco.

Bernard Scott, Bengals –
Yes, he's expected to see a significant uptick in carries with Ced Benson on the shelf. Yes, the schedule looks favorable. But before you blow your entire FAAB on him, note that the last time he replaced Ced he looked good for two games... and then the Bengals gave the workload right back to Benson when he returned. Also, Brian Leonard looms and might actually be a better fit for Cincy's West Coast offense.

Or "next couple of weeks" rankings?

For "rest of season" I would take Foster over everybody below #13 (Turner) without any hesitation. And I'd think hard about a few guys above that too.

Yeah, the Foster ranking makes me a little leery of these as, "rest of the season" rankings as opposed to leaning heavily on what has already happened.

Darren Sproles 22? He has 20, 19, 20 in PPR formats and has scored a TD all three weeks, but Daniel Thomas flies up the rankings over him.

I have a request. Can you please tier these rest of the season rankings? It would make it much easier to factor for trades because for example Turner vs Blount, I would consider them about the same so how good is "5" spots?
