Yeah, I normally don't complain, but this is bush league and unprofessional for a site that is charging customers. Really dropped the ball here. RotoExperts and FootballDieHards pulling ahead with ease. Bad on ya.

This BLOWS ,,,, you are providing a service to PAYING memebers. There should be a "back up plan" for the services provided ... not a note of apology. As a paying member that has shown a consistent level of commitment by PURCHASING your services ,,,, you should show the same by PROVIDING THEM!

We received notice late last night that the situation would prevent Phil from getting this report to us. With the Wednesday practice and injury report coming out today the decision was made not to scramble and try to produce this report today. Also, Phil has medical knowledge and expertise, along with several NFL connections that simply could not be reproduced by anyone else on our staff. Thanks for your understanding.

I do hope all is well for Phillip. With that being said, why wouldnt someone cover for him so the paying members can start the weekly research?
