Cam Newton, PanthersMoving Up
Still climbing the charts. Teams may not even bother to worry about figuring out how to stop him if his stats aren't leading to Carolina wins.

Philip Rivers, ChargersMoving Down
Another season of having all his targets nicked up seems to finally be getting to Rivers. Doesn't help his numbers to have a solid ground game, either.

Matt Ryan, FalconsMoving Down
All those offensive weapons have yet to add up to the kind of leap forward many were expecting from Ryan.

Tim Tebow, BroncosMoving Up
The Tebow era has arrived in Denver. The completion percentage won't be pretty, but you'll enjoy the rushing touchdowns.

Tarvaris Jackson, SeahawksMoving Down
Just as T-Jax fringed on the cusp of fantasy relevance, a pec strain cools his jets. Charlie Whitehurst didn't look bad in relief, either; the Seahawks will have the bye week to figure things out.

Curtis Painter, ColtsMoving Up
Painter nearly got the Colts off the schneid, and he continues to make Pierre Garçon a viable fantasy play.

I would love to hear the reasoning behind Cassel out of the top 20, but more so behind Dalton, T Jack, or Painter??? Seriously? While Cassel is 29th in Passing Yds/gm, he does have back-to-back weeks over 250 yards, which resulted in 2 Chiefs wins, which likely means more passing going forward. In addition, he is Tied for 9th with 8 TD passes and 89.7 QB rating is good for 11th in the league. On top of all of this, he goes from the 17th best EOS for weeks 1-5 according to this website to the 2nd best EOS for weeks 7-16. He threw 4 TDs last week and doesn't move up even 1 spot? What gives????

Personally - I'd rank Tebow no less than No 15 for the balance of the season.
