Aaron Hernandez, Patriots –
Continues working his way up, as he's consistently the more targeted tight end in New England--and now he's healthy.
Greg Olsen, Panthers –
No fault of his own; Olsen just has to share looks--and catches, yardage, and touchdowns--with Jeremy Shockey.
Kyle Rudolph, Vikings –
Picking up more and more playing time every week, and with the move to Christian Ponder at QB the Vikings are clearly looking to the future. That should give Rudolph snaps over Visanthe Shiancoe, a free agent following the season.
I don't completely understand the comment and/or drop for Olsen - the same timeshare has been present all season, and nothing has changed (that I am aware of, this week)...I'm not questioning the logic or rationale, as I understand his (and Shockey's) value is diminished as long as both are in the picture...it just seems odd for the timing of the drop...has something new happened with this situation that I am not aware of?
