Matt Cassel, Chiefs –
The emergence of Jonathan Baldwin as a viable target gives hope that Cassel can be a decent matchup quarterback the rest of the way.

Tarvaris Jackson, Seahawks –
How bad is Charlie Whitehurst that an injured, unprepared T-Jax was such a dramatic upgrade? As a Vikings fan I've seen first-hand how Jackson can do just enough to tease you into believing there's something there, only to let you down at the worst possible moment. Plan accordingly.

Tim Tebow, Broncos –
It wasn't pretty against Detroit, but Denver needs to give him another game or two to figure out if there's a quarterback in there somewhere. It's worth noting that fantasy-wise he outscored Rivers, Brady, and Brees last week.

Kevin Kolb, Cardinals –
Beanie Wells is becoming a workhorse back? That's not going to help Kolb become a fantasy helper. Neither is his frustrating inability to find Larry Fitzgerald on a much more consistent basis.

Yeah, can you define "late"? Most league waivers are running in about 6 hours.
