Victor Cruz, Giants –
With or without Hakeem Nicks in the lineup, Cruz is a playmaker for the Giants' passing game.
Julio Jones, Falcons–
Jones' two explosive touchdowns should stretch every defense the Falcons face the rest of the way. You can only hope Atlanta doesn't revert back to its run-heavy roots and limit Jones to three catches again.
Desean Jackson, Eagles –
Defenses are taking away the home run, and Jackson isn't hanging on to the ball when Michael Vick finds him underneath. At least there's the punt returns.
Antonio Brown, Steelers –
Emmanuel Sanders just had knee surgery, leaving Brown to serve as Mike Wallace's wingman. Thus far he's been very productive in that role.
Laurent Robinson, Cowboys –
With Miles Austin injuring his other hamstring Robinson begins a two-week run as an elite receiver, with the possibility of an extended engagement.
Darius Heyward-Bey, Raiders –
Evidently at some point during the Raiders bye week DHB ran over Hue Jackson's dog with his car or something, because he was a bit player in the Week 9 loss to Denver. There's more to this story, but until we know what that "more" is Heyward-Bey shouldn't be near your fantasy lineup.
Earl Bennett, Bears –
After five games off, Bennett returns--and Jay Cutler knows just where to find him. He's the one Bears wideout you can trust with a fantasy start.
Malcom Floyd, Chargers –
Floyd has battled injury all season long, and now he's missing games. How good would Seyi Ajirotutu look in Chargers blue about now?

That's where Miles Austin might be ranked #14...and Andre Johnson might just be #1, 2 or 3.
As of now, Antonio Brown looks to be WAY higher than #31. Desean Jackson should drop well below #24.
Lastly, i wouldn't put too much onus on the actual number (Cruz two spots over Marshall). They're both (as well #11-23) all tier 2 WR's......and in any given week any of those tier 2 guys can GO OFF. Or disappear. So it's all relative.
The top 10 are going to put up solid games 2 out of every 3. And toss in a mediocre game (5 catches, 65 yards) in the third. Below #24....you're gonna get 1 really good game every 3.....and okay games (or worse) out of the other two.
That's why i disagree with Antonio Brown. He's going to be extremely solid in 6 of the next 7 games and deserves to be smack in the middle of the tier 2 guys. Deon Branch and Percy Harvin are too high.
