| The addition of Adewale Ogunleye to the pass rush deserves a bump up. They already had a pretty good secondary and now can apply more pressure on passing downs. |

| Not only have the Fins lost Adewale Ogunleye in the Booker trade, but the offense is looking so punchless that the defense will end up spending most games stopping the run as their opponent tries to run out the clock for the win. |

| While the Miami defense has not changed, the offense has taken a definite different turn without Ricky Williams and now David Boston. That should result in the defense facing different game situations and less passing against them. The defensive value does not plummet here but deserves to be moved down a few spots thanks to the offensive woes. |
