Sunday Morning Inactives and Injury Updates- Week 2
September 18, 2005

Updates will begin when teams start releasing pre-kickoff information to the league. This is typically about 30-90 minutes prior to the kickoff of their game. Be sure to refresh this page to get the most current information.

Detroit @ Chicago - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Jason Hanson - After trying to go in warm-ups it's been decided that Hanson will not play in today's game due to the strained hamstring. Newly signed Remy Hamilton will kick in his place.
Kevin Johnson - ESPN is reporting that Johnson will be the Lions' #3 WR today and rookie Mike Williams will remain as the team's 4th receiver.

Minnesota @ Cincinnati - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Kelly Washington - Has been deactivated for today's game.
Michael Bennett - It's being reported that Bennett will be the starting RB for the Vikings today. However, as expected, Moe Williams and Mewelde Moore will get carries as well.
Ciatrick Fason - The rookie will be inactive today.
Koren Robinson - Inactive today.

Baltimore @ Tennessee - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Kyle Boller - Inactive today and Anthony Wright gets the start.

Jacksonville @ Indianapolis - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Cortez Hankton - Inactive today.

San Francisco @ Philadelphia - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Donovan McNabb - Will start today wearing a protective shirt (not flak jacket).
Ryan Moats - Has been deactivated for today's game. Lamar Gordon will be Westbrook's backup.
Eric Johnson - As expected, will be inactive today due to the foot injury. Steve Bush gets another start.

Buffalo @ Tampa Bay - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Eric Moulds - Was limited in practice this past week because of a sprained ankle, but will start for the Bills today.

New England @ Carolina - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Jake Delhomme - Was added to the injury report due to an abcess in his lower back. It had been drained and he will start.
Bethel Johnson - The WR is inactive for today's game.
Andre' Davis - Has been deactivated for today's matchup with Carolina.

Pittsburgh @ Houston - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Ben Roethlisberger - Will start for the Steelers despite missing practice time this week with a bone bruise in his knee.
Jerome Bettis - Will be active today but not likely to see any action because of his calf injury. Willie Parker gets another start.
Duce Staley - Will spend another week on the inactive list for the Steelers.

St. Louis @ Arizona - 4:05PM ET Kickoff

J.J. Arrington - Missed practice Thursday and Friday with the flu and according to Fox Sports will be inactive for the game this afternoon. Marcel Shipp will get the start.

Atlanta @ Seattle - 4:05PM ET Kickoff

Matt Hasselbeck - Will start today despite being limited in practice this week with a sore arm.
Itula Mili - Will miss another game while he recovers from an intestinal blockage.

San Diego @ Denver - 4:15PM ET Kickoff

Mike Anderson - Will be the starter today but will only last as long as he can stand the pain from his rib injury. Expect backups Tatum Bell and even Ron Dayne to see playing time as well.
Antonio Gates - Makes his regular season debut after missing Week 1 while he served a team-imposed suspension.

Cleveland @ Green Bay - 4:15PM ET Kickoff

Lee Suggs - Declared in active for the Packer game. Reuben Droughns will get the start.
Aaron Shea - Due to his shoulder injury will not be active today.

Miami @ NY Jets - 4:15PM ET Kickoff

Ronnie Brown - Suffered a bruised shoulder last weekend but  will start and get a bulk of the carries today for the Dolphins.
A.J. Feeley - Declared inactive for today's game.

Kansas City @ Oakland - 8:30PM ET Kickoff

Larry Johnson - ESPN reports that his recent arrest will not affect his status for tonight's game. Priest Holmes is the starter but Johnson is expected to get 10 carries.
