Dez White - Is battling a strained hamstring and has been declared inactive. Brian Finneran will be the starter for today's game.
Michael Vick - ESPN is confirming that Vick will start today.
Roscoe Parrish - Inactive today.

Carolina @ Miami - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Stephen Davis - Will start today according to a league source despite the neck injury.

Cincinnati @ Chicago - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Kelly Washington - Declared inactive today.

Cleveland @ Indianapolis - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Marvin Harrison - Will start today despite missing practice earlier in the week with a nagging wrist injury.
Reggie Wayne - Dislocated his finger in practice this week but he will be active and will start opposite Harrison. The injury is not expected to be a problem.
Lee Suggs - Will be active today and see some action. Reuben Droughns will be the starter again.
Aaron Shea - Inactive today.
Dominic Rhodes - Inactive today.
James Mungro - Inactive today.

Jacksonville @ NY Jets - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Curtis Martin - Local radio in New York is reporting that Martin will start in today's game and he will get a bulk of the carries.
Byron Leftwich - Will start today despite the groin injury he suffered last week and caused him to miss some practice this week.

New Orleans @ Minnesota - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Mewelde Moore - Early reports verify that Moore will get the start today against New Orleans.
Nate Burleson - Will be inactive because of a sprained knee. Travis Taylor will get the start in his place.
Koren Robinson - Will be active today but he'll see most of his time as the kick returner.
Ciatric Fason - Inactive for today's game.
Az-Zahir Hakim - Inactive today.
Shad Meier - Inactive today.

Oakland @ Philadelphia - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Terrell Owens - Will start in today's game despite being held out of practice earlier in the week with an abdominal/groin injury.
Donovan McNabb - Will start today despite still dealing with a bruised sternum and a strained groin.
Brian Westbrook - Will start today after missing practice time this week due to a minor knee injury.
David Akers - The hamstring injury he suffered last week has recovered enough for him to kick today for the Eagles.
Ryan Moats - The Eagles declared Moats inactive for today's game.

Tampa Bay @ Green Bay - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Cadillac Williams - Strained a muscle in his foot last weekend but he will start today against the Packers.
Bubba Franks - Inactive today because of a knee injury. David Martin will start in his TE spot.

Tennessee @ St Louis - 1:00PM ET Kickoff

Drew Bennett - With be active today after missing practice earlier in the week with a bruised heel.
Chris Brown - Local radio is reporting that Brown will start for the Titans today despite being knocked out of last weekend's game because of a concussion.
Courtney Roby - Will be inactive today.
Travis Henry - CBS is reporting that following today's game Henry will be suspended four games for violating the league substance abuse policy.

Arizona @ Seattle - 4:05PM ET Kickoff

J.J. Arrington - Will be active and reports are that he will split carries with the starter today, Marcel Shipp. Expect the hot hand to get the most action against Seattle today.

Jerome Bettis - Is not active today because of a strained calf.
Duce Staley - Will make his season debut but will be Willie Parker's backup.
Andre Davis - Did not make the trip to Pittsburgh as he continues to recover from an unspecified leg injury.
Tyrone Poole - The Patriot CB will not play in today's game because of a sprained ankle.
