The Ease of Schedule applies nowhere as strongly as with running backs that are always used in games when the situation allows.  All teams will run the ball and almost all will prefer to run over pass when possible. The schedule will have a major impact against all but the most elite tailbacks.

Julius Jones appears in for a good season if he can remain healthy and keep Marion Barber off the field. The Bears have a wonderful rushing schedule that will benefit Thomas Jones and Cedric Benson – perhaps spectacularly if they settle on one runner. Ahman Green returns from injury and while almost everything else is against him, at least the schedule is kind.

Surprisingly, the AFC West gets hit hard again this year by the schedule. Both Denver and Oakland turn in the toughest slate which is only compounded by Denver entering into yet another year of questions in the backfield and the Raiders usher in Art Shell II. Even Rudi Johnson in Cincinnati has to face ten games against the “dirty dozen” defenses.

Rueben Droughns during the fantasy playoffs? Looks like a killer to be sure with @PIT, @BAL and TB waiting.
