Game Predictions

Prediction Last Week 13-3 straight up, 10-6 vs. line, Overall 13-3 (81%), vs. line 10-6 (63 %)
ATL 10, JAC 24 (Line: JAC by 10) Both teams lost last week but the Jags at home were supposed to win. They make up for it this week against a team still struggling to come together.
(Line: PIT by 10) The Bills hit the road with several defenders missing and head to Steeltown where Parker runs wild and Big Ben is throwing a TD for every three completions so far.
(Line: CIN by 7) The Bengals defense showed up last week and the offense clicked well against the Ravens. The Browns are already dumping players and it's only been one week.
(Line: NYG by 2.5) The Packers are no road warriors but the Giants may be without both Manning and definitely Jacobs. That will have a fundamental effect - expect an update if Manning plays.
(Line: CAR by 7) The Texans looked good last week or was it that the Chiefs looked bad? No matter, these Panthers will look good last week and this one.
(Line: IND by 7.5) The Titans pulled off another shocker in Jacksonville last week and they beat the visiting Colts last year but Manning and company is looking very, very strong - and so is the defense.
(Line: NO by 3.5) The Saints have been stewing about the Colts game for ten days now and the Bucs are likely without Carnell Williams. That leaves only Joey Galloway vs the entire Saints team.
(Line: STL by 3.5) Messy coin-flip game that pits two teams who struggled in home games last week. But the 49ers are on the road now and the Rams are not facing the Panthers.
(Line: DAL by 3.5) The Cowboys offense looked better than expected while the defense disappeared. MIA at home is harder than NYG visiting but the Fins offense is still struggling.
(Line: DET by 3) The 4 man receiving attack was too much for the Raiders to handle last week and should take down the Vikes, finally, in the Lions home opener this week.
(Line: SEA by 2.5) Tough call here since SEA struggles in the desert but Leinart looks like he is starting all over again and the Cards are playing a more balanced offense.
(Line: CHI by 12) The Bears need this home opener and the Chiefs cannot do much about it. If they couldn't handle the Texans, Chicago will not be a pleasant experience.
(Line: BAL by 6.5) This could be a messy one with both teams having hurt QBs but playing in Baltimore is about all you need to know.
(Line: DEN by 6.5) The Broncos offense could move the ball but not score last week. The visiting Raiders will be reason enough to put it all together this week.
SD 21, NE 27 (Line: Pats by 6.5) Here's a great replay of the playoff game that ended with fights last year only now the Pats are at home and have wideouts this time.
WAS 10, PHI 23 (Line: PHI by 7) The Eagles are back at home still smarting from the loss to the Packers. They need a nice win and the Skins come in after needing overtime to beat the visiting Fins last week.
