Jason Elam, Broncos - Moving Down
Missed two makeable field goals this week. This has been a growing trend for one of the league's all time best kickers. He doesn't have the leg to hit the 50-yarders consistently and then there's the weather issues with kicking in Denver last in the season.

Jason Hanson, Lions - Moving Up
Early signs show the Lions' offense may just live up to the high pre-season expectations and take Hanson's fantasy production right along with it.

New Jaguars Kicker - Moving Up
Jacksonville will try out some familiar names this week: John Carney, Billy Cundiff and Mike Vanderjagt. Whoever they end up with should be a solid kicker for half the season.

Jeff Reed, Steelers - Moving Up
Week one showed that the new "wide open" Pittsburgh offense may be for real this year. But it was only Cleveland, so temper your enthusiasm.

Dave Rayner, Chiefs - Moving In
Kansas City signs the veteran who last kicked for the Packers.

Josh Scobee, Jaguars - Moving Down
Strained his hamstring in pre-game warm-ups Sunday and may miss 6-8 weeks.

Justin Medlock, Chiefs - Moving Out
Kansas City cut the rookie after a poor performance in week one.
