Jason Elam, Broncos - Moving Down
A struggling offense, a mysterious leg injury and bad weather coming at home are going to cost Elam a few spots in the rankings.

Jason Hanson, Lions - Moving Down
It seems to be feast or famine with Hanson so far and he's had one or fewer field goals in the past three games. His inconsistency slides him down a couple of notches.

Kris Brown, Texans - Moving Up
Kicking five field goals in a game can sure boost your fantasy value, especially when three were for over 50 yards. But his rise up the charts is warranted regardless. The Houston offense is moving the ball enought to score consistently and only once has Brown booted only a single field goal in a game.

Rob Bironas, Titans - Moving Up
His bye week is behind him and he's been consistent and fairly accurate so far this season. The Titans offense will likely improve as the season progresses, helping his value.
