Neil Rackers - Moving Down
The Cardinals are not looking good on offense due to all the injuries and Rackers has missed four field goals already this season.

Kris Brown, Texans - Moving Up
Continues to kick very well and only Stover has more field goals through six games. The Texans' offense will continue to move the ball well enough to score consistently and will even improve once WR Johnson returns, which should be soon.

Jay Feely, Dolphins - Moving Up
Yes, it's the Dolphins, but the offense is moving the ball enough for Feely to have 12 field goals in six games and he's one of only two kickers not to miss a kick. His 8 points per game puts him in the top 10 in season-to-date scoring.
