Kellen Winslow, Browns - Moving Down
Winslow drops a little mainly because his schedule over the next few weeks that includes a bye, @PIT and @BAL. Winslow remains absolutely solid for yardage every week but he's just not getting the TDs of the players above him.

Chris Cooley, Redskins - Moving Up
Cooley gets a bump up because Jason Campbell is using him for a touchdown every week for the last four games and he comes off a career best 100 yard game. With Moss and Randle El always injured, Cooley is becoming a major factor in the Skins offense.

Greg Olsen, Bears - Moving Up
Once again, the rookie is starting to fulfill his potential with the Bears. He had five catches for 63 yards against the Vikings and Griese is moving the offense better than Grossman.

L.J. Smith, Eagles - Moving Up
Smith appears ready to return and McNabb could use the target. Too early to expect much but for the rest of the season, his return increases his value and should continue to do so once he plays well.

Alge Crumpler, Falcons - Moving Down
The Falcons offense is just sputtering and will likely go for a QB change eventually. Crumpler has gone from being the only receiver for Vick to being just another guy to drop passes from Harrington.
