Phil Dawson, Browns - Moving Up
Dawson continues to kick well, missing only one field goal on the season, and the schedule is very kicker friendly to the Browns going forward.

Morten Anderson, Falcons - Moving Up
The old-time just keeps putting them through the uprights and the a Atlanta offense is good enough to get close to the red-zone but bad enough to stall often.

Josh Brown, Seahawks - Moving Up
Brown has been a middle of the road fantasy kicker to this point but may see his production begin to increase over the block of games following their bye. CLE, SF, STL and ARI all present favorable matchups for him and the Seattle offense over their next six games.

Rob Bironas, Titans - Moving Up
Anytime a kicker puts up EIGHT field goals in a game he has to get some fantasy love. But he only had eight in the previous five games. This offense should improve enough over the last half of the season to warrant moving him up a few spots.

Lawrence Tynes, Giants - Moving Up
Not a real accurate kicker but the Giants schedule going forward is favorable for him.
