Todd Heap, Ravens - Moving Down
Heap cannot stay healthy and just doesn't get the passes in this new offense that prefers Derrick Mason for all those short throws. The Ravens offense is just sputtering now and even a healthy Heap is that that attractive - whenever that happens.

Vernon Davis, 49ers - Moving Up
After two straight games over 70 yards, Davis deserves to be considered again. Nothing else is working on the 49ers offense lately but that only means Davis is being targeted more each week. He has the tools and the 49ers are about out of other options.

Eric Johnson, Saints - Moving Up
With four straight wins, the Saints passing game is back to form and while Johson isn't good enough to be a fantasy starter, he supplies at least some fantasy points every week in an offense that likes to throw.

Alge Crumpler, Falcons - Moving Down
Like Heap, he cannot stay healthy and the offense around him is getting worse as the season progreses. Ranked this high is mainly in case he shows up later in the season.
