Vikings – Moving Up
The Vikings defense is continuing to do it all sacks, interceptions, defensive touchdowns and the team is in the thick of it for a Wild Card birth too.  Fantasy owners should be licking their chops for this coming weeks match-up in the dome versus the Bears and their new starting QB, Kyle Orton. Weeks 16 (Washington) should present another plum match-up versus another back-up QB.

Steelers – Moving Down
Tom Brady and the Patriots torched the “Steel Curtain”.  In what looked to be a tough match-up the Steelers took it on the chin so badly that they have to move down the rankings some.  Luckily, the week that many Fantasy Bowls will be played the Steelers face the Rams in St. Louis.

Seahawks – Moving Up
Earlier this year when the Seahawks lost DT Marcus Tubbs I really thought their defense would take a hit (especially the run defense) but the Seahawks have been a fantasy delight. It helps that Patrick Kerney has led a fierce pash rush logging three sacks in three of the Seahawks last four games.  Next up is a trip to Carolina where the Panthers just might have a very inexperience Matt Moore starting at QB.  They then get to finish off the season with a week 16 match-up in Seattle versus what looks to be a Ravens team that is in a complete death spiral and then week 17 takes them to the Georgia Dome to face another former third string QB or worse in Chris Redman.

Bears – Moving Down
In his press conference, Lovie Smith announced that Kyle Orton would start this week for the Bears.  That should be reason enough to move the Bears defense down some since the offense will probably have some trouble sustaining drives.  Still if you own the Bears defense it is hard not to play them because Hester can take any kick to the house at any given time.

Chiefs – Moving Up
The Chiefs are big movers up the rankings this week simply because of a schedule that closes out with the Lions followed by the Jets.  Both the Lions and Jets have had issues protecting their QB’s this year (that’s putting it mildly) and Jared Allen will have no problem at all showing why he is one of the best DL in the game (if not the best).
