Anquan Boldin, WR, ARI - Concussion / Lip Laceration
Boldin was taken off the field in an ambulance after taking a helmet-to-helmet hit in the second half of Sunday's game. Tests at the hospital were reportedly negative and he has full use of his arms and legs. He was released late Sunday night and has traveled back to Arizona with the team. He also needed stitches to close a laceration on his lip. The injuries aren't as severe as it first appeared, but his status for Week 5 is in doubt.
Correll Buckhalter, RB, PHI - Lower Back Contusion
Buckhalter left Sunday's game after taking a shot to his lower back. He returned to the field in the third quarter and the injury does not appear to be serious.
Gus Frerotte, QB, MIN - Bruised Hand / Hand Laceration
Frerotte, who had earlier taken a shot to the private parts, was escorted to the locker room after hurting his hand in the fourth quarter of Sunday's game. He reportedly bruised his hand and suffered a laceration that required two stitches to close. The injuries are not considered serious and he should be fine for Week 5.
Darren McFadden, RB, OAK - Turf Toe
McFadden aggravated his turf toe injury in the second quarter and was in and out of the lineup for the remainder of the game. His status following the team's Week 5 bye remains uncertain.
Randy McMichael, TE, STL - Undisclosed Ankle Injury
McMichael turned his ankle early during Sunday's game and was forced to the sideline for good after aggravating it in the fourth quarter. He was unable to put weight on his leg and was taken to the locker room for X-rays and additional tests. The severity of the injury is currently unknown and his status for the team's next game in Week 6 is questionable.
Brandon Lloyd, WR, CHI - Undisclosed Knee Injury
Lloyd left Sunday's game in the second quarter with an undisclosed knee injury and was taken back to the locker room where he was examined. He did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 5 is currently unknown.
Dane Looker, WR, STL - Concussion
Looker left Sunday's game with a mild concussion and did not return. The team is off next week, but his status for Week 6 is currently unknown.
David Patten, WR, NO - Strained Groin
Patten aggravated his groin injury early in Sunday's game and he was limited to just one catch. His status for the team's next game is currently unknown.
Aaron Rodgers, QB, GB - Possible Separated Shoulder
Rodgers appeared to injure his right shoulder in the third quarter of Sunday's game. The team is calling the injury a bruise but he told reporters that he may have separated it. He is scheduled to undergo an MRI on Monday morning. The severity of the injury and his status for Week 5 are currently unknown.
Cliff Russell, WR, DEN - Sprained Neck
Russell was transported to the hospital after spraining his neck during Sunday's game. He has regained the full use of his hands and legs and he has since been released from the hospital. The good news is that the injury isn't serious. But his status for Week 5 is still doubtful.
