Brodie Croyle, KC - Shoulder Sprain - Croyle has been ruled out for week 4 and the Kansas City Star is reporting that he is not likely to return to action until after the Chiefs' week 6 bye.
Brett Favre, NYJ - Ankle - Favre was limited in practice on Wednesday but is expected to start Sunday against Arizona.
Jon Kitna, DET - Sprained Knee - Kitna sprained an undisclosed ligament in his right knee during Sunday's game against the 49ers and his status for their next game is in question. The Lions are off this week so don't expect to hear any updates on this injury until the team has to report injury statuses to the league next week.
Donovan McNabb, PHI - Bruised Chest - McNabb was held out of Wednesday's practice but is expected to start in Chicago.
Ben Roethlisberger, PIT - Bruised Hand - Big Ben participated fully in the team's light workouts on Wednesday and he's expected to start Monday night against Baltimore.
Justin Fargas, OAK - Groin - Fargas is still not practicing and it's looking likely his groin injury will keep him sidelined another week.
Ahman Green, HOU - Knee - Green returned to practice on a limited basis Wednesday but is still unlikely to play Sunday. The team has already announced that rookie Steve Slaton will remain the starter.
Maurice Jones-Drew, JAC - Ankle - MJD rested on Wednesday but is expected to play Sunday against Houston.
Laurence Maroney, NE - Shoulder - Inactive last week and with the Patriots on a bye this week there will be no additional injury information coming. Look for him to be back on the field in week 5.
Darren McFadden, OAK - Turf Toe - The rookie was rested on Wednesday but the Raiders expect him to get some practice time in later in the week and play on Sunday.
Willis McGahee, BAL - Eye Inflammation - McGahee was limited in practice Wednesday and there is still swelling of the injured eye. The Ravens expect him to be ready for their Monday nighter, but there are some questions arising now due to the prolonged swelling.
Maurice Morris, SEA - Knee - Morris' rehab has progressed well and the Seahawks expect him to return in week 5 following their bye.
Willie Parker, PIT - Knee Sprain - Parker suffered a sprained left knee late in the game against Philadelphia and will be out this week. His return is still in question but signs are now pointing to this being more than a week absence.
Antonio Pittman, STL - Fractured Fibula - Pittman will miss the next 4 - 6 weeks after fracturing his fibula in week 3.
Fred Taylor, JAC - Hand - Taylor rested on Wednesday but is expected to play Sunday against Houston.
LaDainian Tomlinson, SD - Turf Toe - Tomlinson, as he has done since the toe injury, rested on Wednesday. He's expected to play Sunday against Oakland.
Brian Westbrook, PHI - Ankle Strain - As expected, held out of practice Wednesday and undergoing treatment and rehab on the strained ankle. The Eagles have not ruled him out for this weekend and are maintaining their hope that Westbrook can play.
Drew Bennett, STL - Fractured Foot - Not practicing and still several weeks away from playing.
Deion Branch, SEA - Knee - Was inactive last week but the team remains hopeful Branch will get back on the field in week 5 after they get back from the bye.
Kevin Curtis, PHI - Sports Hernia - As expected, Curtis took in some limited work Wednesday. He is still likely a few weeks from returning to action but the Eagles are hopeful he can return as soon as week 5.
Bobby Engram, SEA - Shoulder - Was inactive again last week but the team remains hopeful Engram will get back on the field in week 5 after they get back from the bye.
Justin Gage, TEN - Groin - Gage practiced on Wednesday and is expected to return to action this Sunday against the Vikings.
Joey Galloway, TB - Sprained Foot - Galloway didn't practice on Wednesday and it's now looking unlikely he'll play Sunday.
Devin Hester, CHI - Ribs - Hester was held out of practice Wednesday and it's unclear whether he'll play this weekend.
Darrell Jackson, DEN - Calf - Jackson was inactive last week and his status for week 4 has yet to be determined.
James Jones, GB - Sprained Knee - Jones was limited Wednesday in practice and it's unclear whether he'll play Sunday in Tampa.
Dennis Northcutt, JAC - Leg - Northcutt practiced fully on Wednesday and is expected to play Sunday against the Texans.
David Patten, NO - Strained Groin - Patten was held out of practice Wednesday and it's unclear whether he'll play this weekend.
Jerry Porter, JAC - Hamstring - As was the case last week, Porter practiced fully on Wednesday. But the Jags continue to take a very cautions approach to his recovery from the strained hamstring. His playing status will likely not be determined until Sunday.
Sidney Rice, MIN - Knee - Rice was limited in practice Wednesday and his playing status for Sunday has yet to be determined.
Laurent Robinson, ATL - Knee - Robinson was held out of practice Wednesday and it's unclear whether he'll play this weekend.
Donte Stallworth, CLE - Quadricep - Stallworth got some limited reps in practice Wednesday but his playing status for Sunday has yet to be determined.
Troy Williamson, JAC - Thigh - Williamson was limited in practice Wednesday and his playing status for Sunday has yet to be determined.
Dallas Clark, IND - Minor Head Trauma / Slightly Torn MCL - Clark left Sunday's game after getting shaken up on a helmet-to-helmet hit in the second half but he was able to return to the field after several minutes and finish the game. Team officials are not concerned about Clark's injury as it is not being classified as a concussion. He's already been cleared to practice and should be back on the starting lineup for the Colts in Week 5 following their bye.
Jeremy Shockey, NO - Sports Hernia Surgery - Shockey will undergo sports hernia surgery sometime this week. He could return as soon as week 6 but there's a chance that the team could keep him out until after their week 9 bye, but that will depend on how quickly he recovers after surgery.
L.J. Smith, PHI - Back - Smith was held out of practice Wednesday and his playing status for Sunday has yet to be determined.
Ben Utecht, CIN - Chest - Utecht was limited in practice Wednesday and and it's unclear whether he'll play this weekend.
Mike Nugent, NYJ - Thigh - Nugent will be out again this week.
Lawrence Tynes, NYG - Knee - The team expects Tynes to return to action following their week 4 bye.
