Brodie Croyle, KC - Shoulder Sprain - Croyle remains out and is not likely to return to action until after the Chiefs' week 6 bye.
Jake Delhomme, CAR - Quadriceps - Delhomme practiced fully on Wednesday and is on schedule to start Sunday.
Gus Frerotte, MIN - Hand Laceration - Frerotte suffered a laceration on his left (non-throwing) hand last week. Following the game Frerotte said that his hand was fine and that he expected to practice on Thursday and start next Monday night.
Jon Kitna, DET - Sprained Knee - Kitna is practicing fully this week and is expected to start Sunday against the Bears.
Carson Palmer, CIN - Elbow Inflammation - Palmer did some light work in practice Wednesday and the Bengals remain hopeful he'll be able to play Sunday, but his current status is questionable.
Aaron Rodgers, GB - Sprained Shoulder - Rodgers got some very light work in during practice Wednesday and the Packers remain hopeful he'll be able to play Sunday, but his current status is questionable.
Vince Young, TEN - Knee Injury - Young took some limited reps in practice Wednesday and is on schedule to be the Titans' no. 3 quarterback this weekend.
Correll Buckhalter, PHI - Mild Lower Back Contusion - Buckhalter practiced fully Wednesday and will play this weekend.
Justin Fargas, OAK - Groin - Fargas will continue the rest and rehap on his injured groin and the team expects him to return to practice following the bye week and possibly be ready to go for their week 6 game.
Ahman Green, HOU - Knee - Green hit the practice field Wednesday and had a close to full workout. He remains questionable to play this weekend.
Laurence Maroney, NE - Shoulder - Maroney practiced fully on Wednesday and is expected to play Sunday in San Fran.
Darren McFadden, OAK - Turf Toe - McFadden was very limited last week and former Raiders' head coach Lane Kiffin told reporters during his Monday press conference that McFadden's toe "wasn't right" and he indicated that he would have been inactive had Justin Fargas been healthy enough to play. McFadden has been dealing with turf toe for several weeks and he appeared to aggravate the injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game. With a week off the team expects their prized rookie to get plenty of rest and for him to be much closer to 100% for their week 6 game.
Willis McGahee, BAL - Bruised Chest - McGahee took in some limited work Wednesday in practice and it is still uncertain if he will play this weekend.
Rashard Mendenhall, PIT - Fractured Shoulder - Mendenhall suffered a fractured shoulder in the Monday night game and the Steelers placed him on IR this week, ending his season.
Maurice Morris, SEA - Knee - Morris has returned to practice on schedule this week and got some limited work in Wednesday. His playing status for Sunday is still undetermined.
Willie Parker, PIT - Knee Sprain - Parker's knee is expected to keep him out at least one more week. It makes sense that the Steelers will want to hold him out one more week since they are off next week, giving Parker two more weeks to recover in preparation for a return in week 7.
Brian Westbrook, PHI - Ankle Strain - Westbrook got some limited work in Wednesday and he'll continue to rehab his ankle in the hopes of playing Sunday. This is shaping up to be another game-time decision.
Drew Bennett, STL - Fractured Foot - Not practicing and still several weeks away from playing.
Anquan Boldin, ARI - Concussion - Boldin was held out of practice Wednesday and at this point he's not expected to play Sunday.
Deion Branch, SEA - Knee - Has returned to practice this week and the Seahawks remains hopeful Branch will get back on the field this weekend. That decision will likely be made after practice on Friday.
Kevin Curtis, PHI - Sports Hernia - Curtis continued limited practice sessions on Wednesday and the Eagles are hopeful he can play Sunday. Look for that decision to come later in the week.
Bobby Engram, SEA - Shoulder - Has returned to practice this week and the Seahawks remains hopeful Engram will get back on the field this weekend. That decision will likely be made after practice on Friday.
Justin Gage, TEN - Knee - Gage was held out of Wednesday's practice and it's unclear at this time whether he'll play Sunday.
Joey Galloway, TB - Sprained Foot - Galloway is still not practicing and is not expected to play Sunday.
Darrell Jackson, DEN - Calf - Jackson was inactive last week and his playing status for Sunday's game has yet to be determined.
James Jones, GB - Sprained Knee - Jones practiced fully on Wednesday and the team expects him to play Sunday.
Brandon Lloyd, CHI - Knee Injury - Lloyd was unable to practice Wednesday and at this point is unlikely to play this weekend.
Dane Looker, STL - Looker suffered a concussion last week and will rest this week off for the Rams in the hopes of returning to action in week six.
David Patten, NO - Strained Groin - Patten reaggravated his groin injury last week and the Saints are unsure whether he'll play this weekend.
Sidney Rice, MIN - Knee - Rice was inactive last week and his playing status for Sunday's game has yet to be determined.
Laurent Robinson, ATL - Knee - Robinson was unable to practice Wednesday and at this point is unlikely to play Sunday.
Donte Stallworth, CLE - Quadricep - Stallworth was again inactive last week. He'll get an extra week of rest and rehap during the Browns' bye week and the team remains hopeful he can return to action in week six.
Troy Williamson, JAC - Thigh - Williamson returned to practice Wednesday and should be available to play Sunday.
Dallas Clark, IND - Minor Head Trauma / Slightly Torn MCL - Clark returned to practice this week and is expected to play Sunday.
Randy McMichael, STL - Fractured Leg - McMichael will be out from 6-8 weeks.
Jeremy Shockey, NO - Sports Hernia Surgery - Shockey has undergone sports hernia surgery and is expected to miss another 2-6 weeks depending on how quickly he recovers after surgery.
L.J. Smith, PHI - Back - Smith practiced fully on Wednesday and it's looking good that he'll play Sunday.
Kellen Winslow Jr., CLE - Knee Injury - Winslow reportedly injured his knee during Sunday's game against the Bengals. However the team does not believe that the injury is serious and they expect him to play in their next game following their week 5 bye.
Mike Nugent, NYJ - Thigh - Nugent was inactive last week and his playing status for the Jets' next game in week 6 is unclear.
Lawrence Tynes, NYG - Knee - Tynes returned to practice Wednesday and the Giants expect him to be able to kick Sunday.
