Kevin Boss, TE, NYG - Ankle Injury
Boss reportedly injured his ankle during the game Sunday. He'll be re-evaluated on Monday to determine the severity of the injury and his status for week 10.
Marshawn Lynch, RB, BUF - Flu-like Symptoms
Bills' RB Marshawn Lynch, who entered the game with flu-like symptoms, left the game in the second quarter because he wasn't feeling well. He was escorted to the locker room where he remained until the start of the second half. He was able to return to the game in the third quarter. The Bills expect him to feel better in time for week 10.
Travis Minor, RB, STL - Concussion
Minor left the game with a concussion and did not return. The severity of the injury and his status for week 10 is currently unknown.
Dan Orlovsky, QB, DET - Thumb Injury
Orlovsky reportedly injured his thumb but was able to complete the game Sunday. He'll be re-evaluated on Monday to determine the severity of the injury and his status for week 10.
Kyle Orton, QB, CHI - Undisclosed ankle Injury
Orton was carted off the field after hurting his right ankle in the first half and he did not return to the game. According to the local media he has been diagnosed with a high ankle sprain and he could miss up to a month. There are reports that he drove himself home, so that would contradict the initial diagnosis. We will keep you posted.
Antonio Pittman, RB, STL - Aggravated Fractured Leg / Hamstring Strain
Pittman, who recently returned from a fractured fibula, reportedly aggravated the injury on Sunday and strained his hamstring. The severity of his injuries are currently unknown but the team is concerned that he could be out for an extended period of time.
Matt Schaub, QB, HOU - Undisclosed Knee Injury
Schaub left Sunday's game in the second half after suffering an undisclosed knee injury. The severity of the injury and his status for week 10 is currently unknown.
Alex Smith, TE, TB - Knee Injury
Smith reportedly injured his knee during the game Sunday. He'll be re-evaluated on Monday to determine the severity of the injury and his status for week 10.
Kolby Smith, RB, KC - Severe Knee Injury
Head coach Herman Edwards has confirmed that Smith suffered a season-ending knee injury during Sunday's game. He is scheduled to undergo additional testing on Monday. The nature of the injury is currently unknown but he will not play again this year.
Jason Witten, TE, DAL - Fractured Rib
Witten was active and he played but he didn't have a single catch. There are reports that he was given painkilling injections and was fitted for a protective jacket but he apparently didn't feel very comfortable. The Cowboys have a bye in week 10 and the team expects him to be fine in week 11.
