First off, pokey... sorry, I would guess 99.9% of leagues out there give at least SOME points for tackles. We unfortunately can't tweak our rankings/writeups for such an unusual scoring system. Feel free to email me at huddledarin@yahoo.com if you have specific questions regarding rankings in your scoring system and I'll do my best to answer.

Next, hook... I apologize for not getting to your question yesterday. No, there wasn't any database error with Rhodes. He had 14 fantasy points (per scoring system used for our rankings) over the past two weeks... He posted 9 fantasy points against the Pats Week 2. Those two items were enough - at least in my mind - to keep him out of the top-50 this week. To boot, he's had more than 5 solos only twice all season. He was in a group of players I had pegged for #40-50, but didn't make the cut.

My league also give 4 points for sack and int...nothing for tackles...it would be great if you offered a breakdown for defense that did not include tackles in the equation.

Thank you for adding the Scoring System. I appreciate your responsiveness.

I can now see why my rankings are so different: my league emphasizes "game changing" plays like sacks and ints (4 points each) over tackles and assists (1 and 0 points), making James Harrison a beast for us and simply a risk in your format.

That's a good catch.... looks like there was a database error and a ranking from a previous week got inserted. Gamble should be in the top-50 this week, if for nothing else he'll likely be shadowing Calvin Johnson all day. Keep in mind, though, who is throwing the ball for the Lions. I wouldn't expect huge numbers for Gamble unless he's able to make an INT or similar big play.

There'll be a few other corrections to the rankings here in a short while.
