The Huddle staff makes it's weekly picks every Thursday. Picks are based both on which team will actually win the game and also which team will cover the spread. Spreads and picks are not adjusted beyond the initial values from Wednesday of each week.

I miss Bob Cunningham.
He had some of the best info to breakdown each game from stats,knowledge, or just a gut feeling.
Maybe just have 2 or 3 people give some info why they are picking a team to win straight up and ATS

this is the only reason why I subscribe to this website. Next year lets ellaborate more of this kind of information. ATS ,over/under etc.

Next season include confidence rankings, both straight up and ATS. That would be quite something.

Next season the site should add a 'best bet' or 'lock pick' to the ATS table where you each have a pick highlighted for your sure bet of the week. Any sure bets this week Huddle staff?

I lean towards the 49ers. They are playing with passion and direction with Singletary. The Rams are just playing out the year before the offseason upheaval.

Manny, it is just usually my policy that when two equally crappy teams play, especially divisional foes, I just go with the home team. 49ers have looked better and could win, just don't think they will.

Why so many picks against the 49ers? I had them winning in convincing fashion AND so did various other sites. What is your guys' reasoning for that?
