Donovan McNabb, QB, PHI – Fractured Rib
McNabb was injured on his touchdown run in the second half. X-rays in the locker room after the game reportedly revealed a fractured rib and although some news outlets have said that he will miss Week 2, head coach Andy Reid did not rule him out for Week 2 in his post-game press conference. His status for next weekend’s game is very questionable.
Hakeem Nicks, WR, NYG – Sprained Foot
Nicks left Sunday’s game after hurting his left foot in the fourth quarter. He was taken back to the locker room for X-rays, and although they came back negative he was diagnosed with a sprain and he was later seen with crutches and a boot on his injured foot. Adrian Peterson, RB, MIN – Dehydration
Peterson struggled with leg cramps in the first half and had an IV placed in his arm at half time. He played extremely well in the second half, however the injection site where he received the IV began bleeding. The blood was all over his jersey, but it didn’t affect Peterson’s performance. He’ll be fine for Week 2.
